Dear parent/carer of [StudentForename], 

We are excited to be entering a team into a Crediton Cluster dodgeball event, which will take place at Haywards Primary School on Tuesday 11th November. The event will start at 3:45 and be finished by 5pm. A staff member will be able to transport pupils to the event and they will need collecting from Haywards at 5pm. Unfortunately due to space parents are not able to attend on this occasion. Children will be provided with the school kit, but will need trainers, a snack and a drink.
