Welcome to Dart Class! We are Year 6.
Mrs Powell is the class teacher of Dart Class, assisted by Mr Pope, Miss Wood, Mrs Hooper, Mrs Grubb and Mrs King.
In Dart Class we encourage the children to take responsibility for their learning and to become independent learners in preparation for their transition to secondary school at the end of Y6.
We are the oldest children in the school and because of this we have lots of extra responsibilities such as playground leaders and librarians.
We have a really positive attitude to our learning and are keen to challenge ourselves and encourage each other to do the best that we can. We love to share our learning with each other.
Our Geography topic this half term is 'Brilliant Britain' and our History topic is 'The Kingdom of Benin'.
