New Staff Induction
We are delighted to welcome you to our federation and hope you enjoy being part of our team.
This induction area has been designed to provide you with all the essential information you need as you begin your role. Rather than providing large paper induction packs, we've brought everything together in one place so you can access the most up-to-date policies, guidance and information whenever you need it.
As part of your induction, please take the time to work through each section, read the documents provided and complete any required forms. Some documents contain important statutory information that all staff are required to understand as part of their employment.
If you have any questions at any stage, please speak to your line manager or a member of the Federation Leadership Team—we are always happy to help.
