Dear parents and carers,

 

We are looking forward to meeting with parents of Reception to Year 6 at our Autumn parent/carer meetings, which will be held on Thursday 2nd October and Wednesday 8th October between 3.40 and 6pm. Parents and Carers of pupils in Nursery are invited to attend a Nursery open afternoon on Wednesday 7^th October, where you will be able to speak to your child's keyworker. If you have any specific issues to discuss, Mrs Venner will be available after school on Monday 6th October and Mrs McKennan on the  Wednesday 8^th October. 

 

Staff really value the close working relationships that we hold with our parents and these meetings give us the opportunity to focus together on the particular needs of each child, as well as celebrating their successes. They also allow for informal discussions about any concerns that you may have. The information shared as part of our interim progress reports in January will help shape this discussion too. 

 

 

 

Appointment card will be sent home on Friday 27^th September with your allocated time slot. A full list of allocated appointment times will also be displayed in the office window by Tuesday 1^st October.

 

It is important that we have the opportunity to speak with every family, so please make alternative arrangements with your class teacher if the dates and times are really impossible for you.

 

We have contacted all parent/guardians invited to SEND or Early Help meetings separately. There is no need to book a separate CPT meeting via the above link, as all areas will be covered in these sessions.
